When purchasing products for your Iphone make sure they are authentic. There are a lot of aftermarket products out there and Apple has done a very good job of making sure they won't fit/work right with your Iphone. Like a charger for example, your Iphone may say "Charging is not supported with this accessory". I've also had people say that the aftermarket backings have effected the reception.
